The ultimate deadline for registration is the 30th of September 2012.

ISFM 2012 Participant Registration:
You will have to register as ISFM 2012 participant according to your status: academic, industrial or student.
Students will be asked to provide certificate of enrolment or a copy of the student card.

Participant Registration fees include:
Access to the ISFM 2012 conference and other scientific activities.
The participant's package with the scientific program of the conference, the book of abstracts, the coffee breaks, the cocktail evening and the lunches on ISFM 2012 conference venue.
Accommodations have to be organized by the participants but assistance can be required by contacting isfmafrica2012@cgiar.org

The Conference dinner will be a very special African evening on Thursday the 25th of October 2012.
A fee of 40 $ (30 $ for students) is required and should be paid together with the conference fees if you want to attend to it.
Depending on availability, booking and payment on site will be possible but are not encouraged.
More information on the Conference dinner will be published later on the webpage.

The excursions will be organized on Wednesday the 24th of October 2012 but are not mandatory.
You will be able to choose between 2 excursions (Western Kenya and Central Kenya).
At this stage it is not yet possible to book the excursions but registered participants will be contacted as soon as the excursion programs are definitive.
More information on the excursions will be published later on the webpage.

Your registration will be definitively confirmed on receipt of its payment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Each accepted abstract (for oral presentation) will be included in the program after registration of at least one Author and after payment of his/her registration.

Make sure the payment arrives before the end of the different fee periods (31st of July 2012 for early bird registration and 31st of August 2012 for regular registration).

Payments must be made in US dollars ($). All payments should be free of bank handling charges.
